Who we are
Rockingham Land Management (Previously Venture Land Solutions) is a locally owned and operated business in Elkton, Virginia. What originally started as an ambition quickly turned into a reality. Rockingham Land Management is run mostly using Ventrac tractors with various attachments year-round. We also have an excavator, dump trailer, and other equipment.
Kyle Vachter, owner of the company, started Rockingham Land Management as a hobby with something to do in his spare time, with the help of his wife and three children.
